Terms and Conditions
The terms and conditions set forth in this agreement shall remain in force and effect as long as you hold an account with Career Point, Kota. This Agreement is automatically renewed each time you access the Career Point, Kota Web Site, and/or log in to your account and/or use our services. You may close your account at any time and terminate this T&C agreement or related agreement by sending a request mail to [email protected]
At any time during the Term of this T&C Agreement, either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if that party becomes subject to an involuntary bankruptcy or insolvency proceeding, either voluntary or involuntary, or is adjudicated bankrupt or makes any assignment for the benefit of creditors. Such termination shall not relieve the party in proceedings from liability for the performance of its obligations arising prior to such termination and shall be in addition to all other rights and remedies the terminating party may have available to it under this Agreement, at law, or in equity; or
At any time upon written notice, including notice by e-mail, with or without cause by Career Point, Kota in the event that a material breach has occurred of any of the policies of Agreement set forth herein.
Upon written notice to the other party if such party reasonably believes that
performance of this Agreement violates or is being conducted in a manner that does not comply with any applicable law, regulation, licensing requirement, ordinance or order, and
that such violation or non-compliance cannot be remedied or that the cost of remediation or compliance is prohibitive.
Amendments In Terms and Conditions
From time to time after the date of these Terms and conditions, Career Point, Kota may modify or enhance the features and services without advance notice to you. You are responsible for regularly reviewing the most current versions of T&C. Your continued access or use of the Career Point, Kota website following the posting of any such changes will represent your consent to such modifications. Career Point, Kota does not and will not assume any obligation to notify you of any amendments to this Terms of Service Agreement.
Independent Counsel
By accessing our site, you expressly accept and agree to be legally bound by and comply with all of the terms and conditions set forth herein and that you have had the chance to consult with independent counsel of your choice prior to establishing your account and utilizing the services contemplated by this Agreement.
Miscellaneous
Career Point, Kota does not approve of, or endorse, any product or service by including the Purchaser in its Purchaser database. Career Point, Kota may include entries for any other person or Purchaser at any time. The Purchaser relationship is intended, created, and governed by this agreement according to the laws of the land. This agreement between Career Point, Kota, and the Purchaser is the only agreement and supersedes any other verbal or written agreements regarding the subject matter of this Agreement.
Purchaser agrees that Products purchased on the website are for its (Purchaser’s) internal use only. Purchaser agrees not to re-sell, re-distribute or make available any information obtained through the website without the prior written consent of Career Point, Kota.
